The model answer can be found in the 'Resources' section when logged in.
How were the scores calculated?
The results from each section of Challenge 100 are weighted equally so that if a Patrol performs very well in one section it doesn't overshadow others. The key to a good score was a consistently high performance. The results from each section had different calculations performed on them. This took into account the number of members in the Patrol. The results are then moderated before a final score is generated.
The points awarded for Brownsea Adventure are based on tolerances surrounding the model answer. You may find this is the reason that one Patrol in a Troop has outperformed others which had similar results for the rest of Challenge 100.
What was the average Patrol score?
The average Patrol score was 51.
When should my Troop complete the Challenge 100 Challenge Pack?
